Referral Agreement

With this agreement G&K Solutions is obligated to provide actual and immediate in-need customer’s information in the area in which Vendor agrees to operate. The rates quoted to the customer by G&K Solutions are reasonably high based on the area and the service needed, which the customer will pay directly to Vendor’s driver. That is only a basic fee stated by G&K Solutions; it does not include any additional, optional charges that Vendor shall state (such as labor, gas surcharges etc,). Vendor undertakes to follow G&K Solution’s rates as a minimum.
Every job we forward to you requires that you provide immediate confirmation of job acceptance. That means we call your dispatcher and forward the customer’s information; you call the customer and call us back immediately to confirm you agree to perform the job.
Any relationship made with the customer from the moment you confirm your agreement to perform the job, including all billing issues and GOA (gone on arrival) charges, will be your company’s responsibility alone. G&K Solutions assumes no liability for any damage your company may cause to a customer or a customer’s vehicle we refer to you.
Vendor agrees to pay G&K Solutions a percentage referral fee from the total invoice of each customer referred to Vendor by G&K Solutions.
Vendor commits to a maximum response time of 30-60 minutes.
Vendor undertakes to communicate with a referred customer every 15-20 minutes from the time he approves acceptance of the customer’s information.
At the end of each job you must call G&K Solutions and notify it of the total charge for each customer referred by G&K Solutions upon completion. At that moment, your account will be charged the referral fee for that specific referral.
At the end of each day, G&K Solutions will e-mail or fax an invoice to you, indicating the number of jobs that have been referred to you on that date, as well as all the information included for each job.
Vendor commits to follow G&K Solutions’ guidelines stated on G&K Solutions’ website when servicing each and every customer referred by G&K Solutions. After confirming acceptance of a customer, Vendor undertakes to call the customer before directing a driver to him, and to take an imprint of a customer’s credit or debit card on a signature receipt upon completion of service.
G&K Solutions undertakes to acquire a debit or credit card number from all customers over the phone. However, the responsibility for authorizing the card number and validating the payment type is Vendor’s only. Any time the customer is gone on arrival (GOA), Vendor is entitled to use that customer’s credit or debit card number provided over the phone for charging a cancellation fee of $39. However, if Vendor fails to reach the customer within the ETA (estimated time of arrival) to which he committed himself on this form, G&K Solutions will not permit him to charge a cancellation fee.
